✓ Safety protocol check.

✓ 6:00 a.m.: We will pick you up at your hotel in Cusco and travel in our private transport for about 2 hours to the town of Mollepata, located in the lush Apurímac River valley.

✓ We will continue for 1 more hour to Soraypampa (3,900 m a.s.l.).

✓ After a short rest, we will begin our hike to Humantay Lake, located at 4,200 m a.s.l. in the Salkantay snow peak area.

✓ Salkantay, north of the city, is one of the highest mountains in the Cusco region, reaching 6,264 m a.s.l. After an ascent of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, you will have free time to admire and enjoy this wonderful place.

✓ Explanations by your local guide, plus plenty of free time to take photos, relax, rest and explore on your own.

✓ We will then return to Mollepata for lunch, followed by the transfer back to Cusco.

✓ 5:30 p.m.: Arrival in Cusco.
