1. Requirements to confirm your reservation:

• Full name, date of birth and nationality
• Number of passport
• Photocopy of passport
• Payment or pre-payment concerted to carry out reservations
• Information about international and domestic airfares (Air Company, dates, departure and arrival time of flights and flight number)
• Requested tour or program and additional services

2. You can confirm your reservation with:

3. Your request will be attended to with the issuing of a Voucher of Services. This voucher we’ll be considered the contract which the contracting parties must oblige by.

4. TOPTUR will send you a provisional voucher of services after having received the payment from the prepaid agreement.

5. The hotels reservations are subject to the availability of the hotels. In case the hotel is not available, we will provide our client with another one similar in price and quality.
