TOPTUR is managed by Raul Castelo. Raul works as a travel agent and private guide in Cusco and Peru generally. He’s a passionate lover of Andean culture and a music connoisseur as well. He’s recommended in, for example, to the LONELY PLANET and he was nominated for THE WANDERLUST PAUL MORRISON GUIDE AWARDS 2007.
