TOPTUR

TOPTUR, in order to satisfy our clients, offer professional, honest and transparent services and complete competence; we consider some factors that could affect the development of the trips of our clients.

TOPTUR and its service providers function only as organizers of trips, tours, circuits or itineraries, and hence do not assume liability or responsibility for accidents, diseases, injuries and travel delays caused by forces outside of our control such as acts of God, accident, wars, civil disturbances, quarantine, strikes, riots, thefts, natural disasters, political junctures or acts of negligence on the part of companies, organizations, or individuals which offer services of accommodation, food, health, transport, and other services outside of our mandate.
TOPTUR, will help and work for their clients at all times if necessary.
TOPTUR reserves itself the right to accept, deny or withhold any person or member of a group in any of their excursions.


PAYMENT POLICIES

Our rates are given in US$, which can be subject to currency fluctuations (inflation, deflation, etc) including changes in the tax laws of Perú.

For modifications/changes in tours we can organize a new budget considering the changes requested by the client, including administrative costs within a time limit of 30 days (Not applicable for all itineraries or tours).
For extensions, payments shall be carried out directly.
For students with an ISIC student card we have discounts
Your reservation will be confirmed after we have received the minimum deposit agreed upon by the two parties (company and client) expressed as a percentage of the total cost of the trip. The rest must be paid upon the arrival of the customer to Perú.
During the high season (June-August), our company reserves the right to change our cancellation policies.


FORM OF PAYMENT

1.- Via Western Union

After the deposit has been made, please send an e-mail with the amount and the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). We will confirm the payment reception by e-mail and we collect the money and proceed to make pre-payments.
We would appreciate it if you sent us the voucher of the payment to be able to verify the bank transfer.  This can be made via fax (+5184 - 243234) or our booking form.

2.- Wire Transfer

You can send a wire transfer through the following bank account (in Perú):

3.- Balances

 

Note: All Transaction fees are covered by the client and as such are not included in our tours’ prices.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. If a notification of cancellation is received up to and including 30 days before the estimated date of arrival in your destination in Perú, the full deposit made for the trip is reimbursed minus administrative costs (10% to 15 %).
  2. If a notification of cancellation is received 29-15 days before the estimated date of arrival in Perú, the reimbursement is subject to a penalty of 50% of the total cost.
  3. No reimbursement will be made if the notification of cancellation is received 14 days or days before the estimated date of arrival in your destination, or in the case of a no-show by passenger(s) or for cancellations made during the trip itself.

Note:
The itineraries are planned with great care; however, for operational reasons, TOPTUR reserves the right to make changes in the sequence of the excursions or trips due to weather conditions, river levels, hours of arrival or departure flights or buses, with the aim of guaranteeing the best development of programs and tours. Though such cases are rare, in general the itinerary should be treated only as a basic guideline.
TOPTUR reserves the right to cancel the trip and/or apply additional administrative costs as a penalty if the deposits are not received on the agreed-upon dates.
Further restrictions and/or penalties may apply during high season differently from those previously mentioned.
The hotels reservations are subject to the availability of the hotels. In case the hotel is not available, we will provide our client with another one similar in price and quality.

No refund will be issued as a result of interruptions or cancellations beyond our control.


RESPONSIBILITY
TOPTUR acts on behalf of its clients, organizing services such as transportation, accommodation, food and other requirements. We do not assume liability for accidents, losses, delays or other events that are not our responsibility including negligence on the part of other companies and other services not operated directly by our agency.


IMPORTANT
Our company will not be liable for any illness, pregnancy or physical or mental incapacity, which may put in danger the health or integrity of any passenger or third parties during the carrying out of the contracted tour or that may imply any limitation or impediment for our company to provide such tourist services. Thus, our company will NOT recognize any claim or refund due to any such abovementioned concept, including such cases where under normal conditions no such problem would arise.
Furthermore, we request to be informed regarding any such limitation prior to the contracting of our services, in order to recommend services that will take into account any such existing impediments.


TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly advise you to get travel insurance that covers accidents, medical expenses and emergency repatriation, including rescue and air ambulance. We also recommend that it covers cancellations and loss of luggage. Please forward a copy/ policy number to our offices.

CONTROLLING OUR SERVICES
At the end of the trip we need you to fill out an evaluation form. This enables us to immediately receive comments on our services and also be informed when problems have occurred, thus keeping the standards and quality of our services at the desired level.
