ITINERARY

Day 01: CUSCO PUMA CITY
After our breakfast, we leave Lima in our flight to Cusco (11,000 ft), reception and transfer in to our hotel followed by a few cups of coca tea to ward off the altitude sickness. Then we will tour the amazing city of Cusco. We will tour the city both on foot and by bus, wandering through the Inka-era and colonial-era streets. We will visit the Qorikancha Temple, The Main Square, and then we go to San Cristóbal Square to have the best panoramic view of Cusco City. Afterwards, we'll take our transport up to the megalithic temple of Saqsaywaman (12,139 ft). Finally we go to Q'enko, Pucapukara and Tambomachay. Return to Cusco. Hotel. (B/L)

Day 02: MACHUPICCHU
Highlight of our trip is the visit to Machu Picchu (7,900 ft), the legendary "Lost City of the Incas", so well hidden by the overgrowth that it was never found by the “Spaniards”. This place is the world’s most beautiful and important Inka site. We’ll leave the hotel to San Pedro Train Station beginning our journey along the fantastic Sacred Valley of the Inkas which will take us right to Aguas Calientes town (6,560 ft). Upon arrival transfer from Aguas Calientes to Machupicchu Sanctuary. You'll have a guided tour. After the scheduled hour, you can explore and relax by yourself. Once time is up we’ll take the bus down to Aguas Calientes. Lunch and return back to Cusco by train and transfer to your hotel. (B/L)

Day 03: TRANSFER OUT - CUSCO - LIMA
In the morning, transfer at Cusco airport for your flight for Lima, in time to catch your international flight. (B)
